Job summary

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks an LPN or RN for 30-40 hours per week to deliver outpatient behavioral health nursing services at our Moab clinic, Utah.

You will work with a team of clinical professionals to support medication management and tele-health services for psychiatrists. Salary depends on experience and licensure, with at least $27.55/hr for LPN and $31.93/hr for RN, plus a housing stipend of $3.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with current license.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health nursing services is preferred.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and nursing support for psychiatrists delivering tele-health services.
• Collaborate with a clinical team at the Moab, Utah clinic to support patient care.

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a LPN or RN 30 to 40 hours per week (based on applicants preference) to provide outpatient behavioral health nursing services at our clinic in Moab, Utah. This position works with a team of clinical professionals to provide medication management services and support for psychiatrists as they provide tele-health services. 30 - 40 hours per week with an excellent benefits package. Salary depends on experience and licensure. At least $27.55/hr with LPN, or at least $31.93/hr as an RN. We are also offering an additional $3.00 per hour housing stipend.
