Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, Utah is hiring full-time Day Shift RNs (6 AM - 6 PM) to provide comprehensive care for geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting.

You will order meds, administer treatments, monitor conditions, communicate with physicians and families, and advocate for each resident's care plan while maintaining thorough charting. We offer competitive wages and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to make sound, independent decisions.
• Solid knowledge of nursing best practices and medical procedures.
• Understanding of state, federal, and local regulations for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive care for geriatric residents who require 24/7 support.
• Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
• Preparing and administering treatments and medications.
• Communicating changes in condition to physicians and family members.
• Performing skilled nursing services such as wound care, catheterization, and other procedures.
• Continuous monitoring of residents.
• Acting as a resident advocate and ensuring care aligns with the care plan.
• Completing accurate, timely charting and documentation.
