Job summary

Plaza Health in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) for a full-time 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM role dedicated to resident care in a quiet overnight environment.

The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care per care plans, monitor conditions, administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and well-being of residents during the night.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
