North Hill in Needham, MA seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for a 32-hour weekly night shift (11 PM–7 AM) with every-other-weekend schedule. You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with the clinical team, and support residents according to North Hill standards of care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan updates with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.

Formación

• Current MA LPN or RN license
• CPR and AED Certification
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in hospital or long-term care
• Experience with dementia patients preferred
• Proficient with EMR and computer software

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications according to policies and state regulations with accurate documentation
• Respond to Resident requests for support and communicate appropriately
• Monitor and collaborate with Care Partners to meet North Hill standards
• Respond to resident requests for assistance and care
• Answer personal emergency response system calls promptly
• Actively participate in household routines
• Update resident care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Report abuse, neglect, exploitation, or misappropriation of resident property to supervisors
• Transcribe and execute physician orders accurately
• Participate in QA program
• Manage supply usage to control costs
• Complete incident reports and notify families as required
