Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks an LPN for per diem and part-time shifts. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, with shift differential based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, overseeing medications, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. Onsite resources support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families focusing on holistic care.
• Assess resident health, document findings, and notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changing needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families professionally and promptly.
• Review clinical indicators and contribute to quality improvements.

We are currently looking to fill the following shifts:

How you will make an impact:

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

What you will need:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
