Job summary

Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA is seeking compassionate RN/LPNs for a full-time 6pm-6am night shift in our long-term care unit. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, support care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and families to promote residents’ health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN or LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Supervise and support CNAs as part of the resident care team
• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life
