As a nurse in our long-term care setting, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, support clinical decision-making, and work closely with CNAs, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident health, comfort, and quality of life.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Supervise and support CNAs as part of the resident care team
Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life
Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania, as applicable
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
