Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication to meet audience needs.
- LPN or RN license in state must be current.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care based on nursing principles.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
- Administer medications and record vital signs and responses.
- Monitor equipment and interpret electronic displays.
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure timely documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned according to setting.
