Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure required/valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents and manage nursing interventions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)

RN license in state of practice
