Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN to join our not-for-profit senior care team. You will deliver individualized nursing care, collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate comprehensive care plans in a 79-bed facility.

The role includes night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am), bi-weekly 72 hours, and eligibility for a sign-on bonus. RN licensure in Minnesota is required; bachelor's degree preferred for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure if in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.

Education
