Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term skilled and transitional care facility in Brainerd, Minnesota, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care across the full scope of practice. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care in collaboration with families and the care team.

Must hold MN RN licensure with a BSN preferred. The role includes night shifts, weekend rotation, and a competitive benefits package; sign-on bonus provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Be prepared to obtain and maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
