Job summary

Seneca Healthcare District in Chester, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care through the nursing process, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, and support an interdisciplinary team on night shift.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, care planning with the team, supervising CNAs and LVNs, documenting accurately, participating in QAPI, and ensuring HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the California Board.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification required; PALS certification preferred for ER.
• ACLS must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Oversee LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Participate in QAPI activities and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
