Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse nursing program.
• License as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in Long-Term Care.
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process.
• Perform complete admission assessments and home med reconciliation as applicable.
• Document and prioritize resident data and coordinate with the health care team.
• Promote patient safety and educate residents and families as indicated.
• Supervise other healthcare team members as needed.
