Good Samaritan in Olathe, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of health management.

The role may include charge nurse responsibilities and delegation to licensed/unlicensed staff. A valid RN license and a strong commitment to quality care in a Christian environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN accreditation preferred.
• Current RN license in the practicing state; multistate if applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for department.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
