Good Samaritan in Wamego, KS seeks a Registered Nurse for night shifts on a part-time basis to provide individualized resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care, while maintaining nursing standards and ethics.

The role involves coordinating care across the continuum, potential charge nurse duties, and ensuring safe, quality care during all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an RN license.
• Current licensure in the state and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Cares for residents in all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.
