Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases. Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and coordinated plan of care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and supervise assigned licensed/unlicensed personnel as needed.
