Mercy Perryville is seeking a Night Shift House Supervisor/Float Pool RN to lead the shift and ensure smooth operations across departments. You will supervise staffing, patient flow, and urgent-events response while delivering high-quality care.

The role combines hospital-wide leadership with hands-on nursing across units, requiring RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of hospital experience; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing required.
• RN license in applicable state required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required before first shift.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site clinical and administrative leader during nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead urgent-response and escalation and mentor teams across departments.
• Provide high-quality nursing care and adapt to different units as needed.
