Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate.

The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork within a 24/7/365 environment. Night shift, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio or a multi-state compact state in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessment for individuals and populations.
• Identify outcomes and document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
• Lead process improvements to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Contribute to daily unit operations as part of the care team.
