Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and current RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational supervision of campus workflow, resource utilization and management during shift.
• Respond to codes and crisis situations, implement plans and evaluate response.
• Serve as a resource to patients, families, physicians and staff, prioritizing and resolving concerns.
• Interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of policies and procedures.
• Support continuous quality improvement and development of staff.
• May be responsible for selection, orientation, onboarding, and retention.
• Know resources to resolve problems and manage off-hours operations.
