Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or be RN trained.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Regulations preferred.
• Active RN license in PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policies for quality care.
• Delegate administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties.
