Job summary

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Carbondale, PA is seeking an RN for the 11pm–7am shift. This full-time role focuses on coordinating nursing activities and delivering high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting.

The position requires an active PA RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and prior Skilled Nursing experience. You’ll help ensure regulatory compliance, oversee on-duty nursing tasks, and may participate in professional growth within

• Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or be RN trained.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Regulations preferred.
• Active RN license in PA.

Responsibilities:

The RN will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of PA
