Job summary
Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for Registered Nurses to join the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a warm, home-like environment.
The RN will oversee nursing activities during their tour, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and uphold high-quality care. PA-licensed RNs with SNF experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program.
- Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations.
- Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of PA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
- Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.
