RN responsibilities include developing and evaluating care plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program.
• BSN degree strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care and identifies interventions to reach expected outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and collects health data from patient and family.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, and care team regularly.
• Documents patient data, interventions, and communications in the chart.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
