AllianceHealth Durant has an opening for an RN full-time Nights in our Labor & Delivery department. We provide compassionate care and are seeking caring, knowledgeable team members to join us.

As an RN, you will coordinate and deliver patient-centered care, administer medications, assist during procedures, and educate families.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and discharge.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
