Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shifts in the Labor & Delivery department. This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN license required; BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
• Assists physicians during procedures and collaborates on individualized care plans.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control and safety protocols and documents care meticulously.
