Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans and coordinates with care team.
• Upholds safety culture and ensures compliance with policies.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Communicates effectively and resolves conflicts to support team function.
• Pursues professional development and maintains required certifications.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical practice across age groups.
