Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or Multistate RN with NJ endorsement.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Prior patient care experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early.
• Administer medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely, coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to transitions of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical ladder opportunities.
