Job summary

St. Joseph's Health in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit, full-time night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.

You will apply the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the department and on-unit staff. A NJ RN license and a Bachelor's in Nursing are preferred, with required certifications (BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS) within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license issued by the State of New Jersey.
• BLS and NRP certifications within 1 year of hire.
• Advance Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with the Department of Nursing and unit staff to meet patient needs.
• Support Labor & Delivery team during night shift.
