OhioHealth in Dublin, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labour and Delivery Unit 1. This night-shift role provides essential nursing care across the continuum, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within a 24/7 department.

The RN will delegate to LPNs and UAPs under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and meet minimal qualifications including an Ohio RN license, BLS, and BSN with

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.
• C-EFM at 1 year or higher is required.
• NRP certification is required.

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
