Trinity Health's Labor and Delivery Unit at Mercy Medical Center (East Tower, 3rd Floor) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for Night Shift. Qualifications

• Current or compact state RN license (Iowa).
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certified within 6 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care while ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintains patient safety and uses equipment properly (IV pumps, monitors).
• Guides and directs healthcare personnel in patient care during admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Initiates emergency measures as needed (CPR, safety).
• Assists with patient care duties such as hygiene and ambulation.
