Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on a 36-hour night shift, including weekend and holiday rotations. The facility serves the northwest suburban Boston area with a Magnet-designated, regional focus.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with physicians to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
