Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Team in a 36-hour night position with weekend and holiday rotations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering treatments, and evaluating patient progress.

Candidates should have graduated from an approved RN program with MA RN licensure; BSN is strongly encouraged, and unit-specific experience is preferred. The health system emphasizes excellence, innovation, and equity in care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
