Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery/Mother Baby. The role involves night shifts (36 hours) delivering perinatal care, with emphasis on mother and newborn assessment, medications, and coordinated care plans.

Candidates should have an RN license in Massachusetts, BLS and NRP certification, and OB/L&D experience. BSN preferred; union-affiliated environment with pay range governed by the applicable agreement.

Formación

• BSN preferred.
• Current MA RN license.
• BLS and NRP certification required.
• OB/L&D experience preferred.
• This position requires RN in Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby.

Responsabilidades

• Provide complete assessments and essential care for Mother and Newborn.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Educate patients and families and provide discharge planning and resources.
• Maintain standards of care in alignment with best practices.
