Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is a 183-bed regional facility recognized for Magnet status. We seek an experienced RN to join the Med/Surg C3 team on the night shift.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, meds administration, collaborating with physicians, and patient-family education to drive positive outcomes. Massachusetts RN license and BSN encouraged, with full-time 36 hours per week schedule and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
