Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Document care in the EHR accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and prevention.
• Ensure patient safety and contribute to quality improvement and infection control.
