Job summary

Kettering Health Network Main Campus in Kettering, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-Time, 12-hour Night shift. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and uphold KHN’s mission of living God’s love by promoting and restoring health.

Applicants must be licensed in Ohio, with a BSN preferred within five years of hire; BLS and advanced certifications as required by the unit will be expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE).
• BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other care providers.
• Accountable for professional development and practice within scope of care defined by law.
• Advocate for safe care and participate in performance and practice improvement activities.
• Deliver nursing care that reflects Kettering Health Network's mission and nursing philosophy.
