• ACLS or applicable specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
• Uphold HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
