Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit on the night shift, 36 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend schedule. The RN provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 department and delegates tasks per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions with the team.
• Document care plans and outcomes for patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in safety, quality improvement, and daily operations.
