Job summary

OhioHealth in Mansfield, OH is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit on the night shift (7p–7a) with every-other weekend coverage. The RN will provide professional nursing care, assess and plan patient care, delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and participate in a 24/7/365 operation.

Responsibilities include initial and ongoing health assessments, care planning, intervention implementation, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/diagnosis and ongoing health status assessment for the patient.
• Outcomes identification and planning for nursing interventions.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing care with multidisciplinary team involvement.
• Leadership in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and satisfaction.
• Operations focus on safety, quality and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
