Beacon Health System is hiring a full-time night shift Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Center at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. The RN will provide professional nursing services, assess patient needs, and implement individualized plans of care for the unit.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the care team, accurate documentation, and timely escalation when needed. This role offers shift differentials and comprehensive benefits in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ASN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license required.
• If hired after Jan 1, 2014, must have or obtain a BSN within five years or pursue specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Intermediate Care Center.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per policy.
