Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license to practice nursing.
• Candiates hired after January 1, 2014 must obtain BSN within five years or become certified in their area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and implement, monitor and adjust individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other staff to provide safe, quality care.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
