Beacon Health System is hiring a full-time night shift Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Center at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This role is 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) with nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

You will report to the Intermediate Care Center Manager and provide professional nursing services, assessment, and plan-of-care development within a collaborative team. Beacon offers comprehensive benefits, shift differentials, and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• ASN degree required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• BSN must be obtained within five years or certification pursued.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and initiate, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Provide professional nursing services and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Ensure safe, effective care across the continuum.
