Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and initiate, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
• Perform priority high-risk procedures safely and efficiently.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes within guidelines.
• Maintain competencies and required certifications through ongoing education.
• Attend department meetings and participate in required trainings.
