Job summary

Fort HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services Department. The role covers adult, pediatric and ICU patients with opportunities for training and professional growth.

You will work the night shift, including every other weekend, and participate in a Nurse Residency Program and Shared Governance. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and an active Wisconsin RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP if applicable.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin on hire; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP if applicable.
Effective communication with care team, patient and family.

Responsibilities

Follows the nursing process and develops/implements a plan of care using appropriate resources.
Observes and interprets changes in patients' physiological and psychological status.
Provides holistic nursing care including family involvement.
Reports changes promptly to physician and family/
Documents care in the patient's medical record.
Collaborates with medical staff to deliver quality care.
