Fort HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services Department in Fort Atkinson, WI. This part-time role offers a PM/night shift with a bi-weekly 60-hour schedule and opportunities for residency and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Current WI RN License required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group using evidence-based practice.
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Educates patients and families about health measures and promotion of comfort.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the care team in a culturally sensitive, ethical, and compassionate manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and completely.
