Job summary

Trinity Health MI in Ann Arbor is seeking aRegistered Nurse for the 4 East Inpatient Rehab unit, delivering patient-centered care in a well-coordinated rehabilitation program for patients with TBI, stroke, orthopedic surgery, and spinal cord trauma.

This part-time role features a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift, benefits from Day One, and opportunities for growth within the Trinity Health network.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing with eligibility to sit for the NCLEX to become a licensed RN.
• BSN degree preferred as noted in the qualifications.
• Current Michigan RN license and BLS; ACLS required for specified departments.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes patient information.
• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises an individualized plan of care.
• Uses teach-back methodology to educate patient and family.
• Communicates patient status and priorities during rounds and handoffs.
• Follows HIPAA policies and behaves in line with Mission, Vision and Values.
