Job summary

Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit in Chelsea, Michigan. The 40-bed unit collaborates with University of Michigan Health to provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation for patients with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputations, and spinal cord injuries.

The position requires a Michigan Nursing License, a BSN (or commitment to obtain within five years), and supports a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• New hires must have a BSN degree or agree to obtain BSN within five years.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for rehab patients following nursing process.
• Collaborate with Inpatient Rehab team and specialists.
• Support SCI Model System initiatives and high-acuity caseload.
• Maintain compliance with unit standards and safety protocols.
