Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document initial nursing histories and assess patient conditions to develop care plans.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures for direct patient care.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and hand-offs with the care team.
• Monitor and record patients' condition and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide patient and family teaching and coordinate diagnostic services.
