Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current SC Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for orthopedic and medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
