Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital’s Psychiatric Unit seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care during night shifts. You will coordinate care by communicating with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, assess nursing needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with nurses and support staff to improve patient care, the work environment, and satisfaction for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient’s plan of care with patients, families and the health care team.
• Assess, formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
